What we do

Full Circle Training develops workouts using resistance bands and body weight. We believe it is imperative that individuals are comfortable with moving and using their own body to exercise. The bands give resistance throughout complete movements, so when it's time to add weights, they have become more dynamic in movement, allowing a great base for fitness.

Adding resistance bands into a circuit format provides a low impact cardio workout as well. The circuits change weekly to keep the workouts fun and not repetitive. Workouts are modified on an individual basis, depending on a person's fitness level and heart rate.  Join us this week for a total body, low impact, cardio and strength workout, built for any fitness level!

    Tuesday Circuits are strength based with more focus on using resistance bands. Full body workout in a circuit form. There are 3 rounds of circuits with a quick burner between the 2nd and 3rd round. Music pumping with high intensity exercises for all fitness levels!

    These circuits are designed to build more strength and muscle. Exersizes are performed at a slower pace for time under tension
  • Thursday Circuit Workout

    Our Thursday Circuits consist of mobility warm up. Strength and dynamic exercises are primary in the circuit. There are 3 rounds of the circuit and between the 2nd and 3rd round we include the 'Burner.”
  • Saturday Circuit Workout

    Saturday Circuits are 10-12 different exercise stations to complete a full body workout. We complete 3 rounds and at the end of those rounds we have a competition finisher were the winners will win a prize. Chef Bell also gives healthy snacks for all who participate in the circuit.
  • Muscle Mondays

    Muscle Mondays are a slower tempo circuit. The focus is to build good exersize technique and time under tension. This workout will have the muscles fatiged and will create great strength. We go through 3 circuit rounds. This is a great pairing with our other circuit days.
