What we do
Full Circle host different types of circuit workouts. We use over 20 different types of fitness equipment. The special aspect of our circuits is that the are in a group setting but our trainers tend to each individuals needs to create a personal training session. With the ability to modify each exercise anyone looking to lose weight, get toned, gain endurance or all of the above can accomplish these things in each workout. We have select days that are for endurance and weight loss, We have day that are for muscle building circuits with a time under tension technique. Then we have "fusion" circuit with a mixture of all.
Full Circle circuits are offered in dynamic, connected and growing masterplanned communities. Our goal is to bring the community together by using fitness. Our circuit workouts are a place you can come work on yourself, learn about your neighbor and build a network of friends that are on the similar path. The person you are sweating next to is not only working to improve there fitness and health but can also be the person you combined networks and extend your overall reach in opportunities.

Full body workout in a circuit form. There are 3 rounds of circuits with a quick burner between the 2nd and 3rd round. Music pumping with high intensity exercises for all fitness levels!
