These workouts are similar to a fitness bootcamp, as they involve a series of fast-paced, challenging exercises that keep your heart rate elevated and your muscles engaged.
Comprising 10-14 diverse exercises, these sessions utilize various pieces of equipment to help you reach your goals. All exercises can be tailored to suit individual needs, ensuring maximum benefit from each workout. We typically perform three rounds, occasionally integrating a burner series to elevate your heart rate significantly. It's not just about fitness; it's also about having fun during the process.
Student Athlete Strength and Conditioning Circuit
Designed for boys and girls aged 8 and above, this circuit is perfect for those looking to improve their strength, endurance, and overall athletic performance. The circuit will begin with a thorough warm-up to prepare the body for exercise and reduce the risk of injury. After the warm-up, we will focus on injury prevention exercises to help protect our student athletes from common injuries associated with sports and physical activity. Once we've completed the injury prevention portion of the circuit, we'll move on to three rounds of exercises that utilize a variety of equipment, including resistance bands, medicine balls, and battle ropes. These exercises are designed to challenge our student athletes and help them build strength, endurance, and agility.

Perfect for active kids aged 7 and up! Our exciting program keeps kids engaged with diverse games and activities. Guided by expert coaches, participants enjoy exercises to boost coordination, balance, strength, and endurance. Our inclusive sessions are crafted to ensure enjoyment and safety for all fitness levels. Parents can either watch or relax in our waiting area.
